Overview

At Uruma Children Foundation, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical well-being. Our Advocacy, Mental Health & Psychological Support program is designed to help children and youth cope with trauma, build emotional resilience, and develop positive mental health habits. Through counseling, workshops, and advocacy, we provide a safe space for participants to heal and grow.

What We Offer

Counseling Services

Our trained counselors offer one-on-one and group counseling sessions to children and youth who have experienced trauma or emotional distress. These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment where participants can share their feelings and work through their challenges.

Mental Health Workshops

We conduct workshops focused on mental health awareness, emotional well-being, and coping strategies. These workshops help children and youth develop the skills they need to manage stress, build self-esteem, and maintain positive mental health.

Advocacy and Awareness

We advocate for mental health awareness within the community, promoting the importance of psychological well-being for vulnerable children and youth. By raising awareness, we aim to reduce the stigma around mental health and encourage more people to seek support.

Why Mental Health Matters

Mental health is a critical part of overall well-being. For children and youth who have experienced trauma or hardship, psychological support is essential for healing and personal growth. Our program helps participants develop the emotional resilience they need to face challenges and build healthy futures.

Who Can Join?

Our Mental Health & Psychological Support program is open to all children, youth, and refugees who need emotional and psychological support. We provide tailored services to meet the unique needs of each participant.
